These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website. By browsing this site or submitting the quote request form, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website.
These Terms cover the website only. They do not set the terms of any specific transport service — see Transport services below.

About this website
This website is an informational site describing our road-freight services and a way for you to request a quote. It is not an automated booking or e-commerce platform — there is no live pricing engine, and nothing is booked, dispatched or charged automatically through the website.
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but details such as corridors served, typical lead times and service descriptions are general and may not reflect the exact conditions for your specific shipment. Always confirm route, price and timing directly with us in writing before relying on them.
Quote requests
When you submit the quote request form, you're asking us to assess a possible shipment — you are not placing a binding order, and we are not obliged to accept it. A quotation, once issued, is an offer that remains open only for the period we state (or, if none is stated, a reasonable time) and is subject to the accuracy of the information you gave us.
Please provide accurate and complete information about your shipment. Incomplete or inaccurate details (weight, dimensions, cargo type, restrictions) may affect the price, feasibility or timing we quote, and we reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quotation if the actual shipment differs materially from what was described.
No contract for carriage exists until we confirm a booking with you in writing, at which point separate transport terms apply — see below.
Transport services
Actual carriage of goods is not governed by these website Terms. Each confirmed shipment is carried out under its own transport order and, for international road carriage, is subject to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) and applicable Latvian law, together with any specific terms agreed in writing for that shipment (including the consignment note / CMR waybill).
We handle palletised general cargo, consumer and retail goods, industrial materials and equipment, packaged non-refrigerated food and beverages, construction materials, and other non-hazardous general freight. We do not currently carry ADR/hazardous goods, live animals, or oversized abnormal loads unless separately agreed in advance in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, layout, logo and other content on this website belong to SIA Noventra Logistics or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use when evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of this site without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the quote form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its underlying systems, or any account or data.
- Use automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) to extract content beyond normal search-engine indexing.
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
- Use the site in any way that disrupts its operation or infringes the rights of others.
Third-party services
This site loads a small number of third-party resources — Google Fonts and the jQuery script library from their respective content delivery networks — to render and operate correctly. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what this means for your data.
Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding freight rate, guaranteed transit time, or contractual commitment — those are only confirmed once agreed with you directly in writing for a specific shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIA Noventra Logistics is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website (for example, loss of profit, business or data), except where such liability cannot be excluded under Latvian or EU law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability arising from the actual carriage of goods is governed separately by the CMR Convention and the specific transport agreement for that shipment, not by these website Terms.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website or our services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
